Active and responsible position with team management We are seeking a Line Manager for an agricultural company located in Alcoletge. Duties include supervising truck loading and unloading, handling fruit, labeling and packaging, coordinating staff, optimizing production processes, and ensuring product quality control. Other duties inherent to the position are also required, demanding strong organizational skills and the ability to manage teams. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with working hours between 06:00 and 14:00. Statutory rest periods apply. * Minimum one year of experience in fruit warehouses as a Line Manager. * We seek an active and responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and/or Catalan. Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
