Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and safety-conscious tower crane operator to ensure efficient handling on construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Safe and efficient operation of tower cranes in various construction scenarios We are recruiting a tower crane operator to join projects located in Valls, Barcelona, and Baix Camp. A full-time position is offered (40 hours/week, working hours from 8:00 to 17:30 with established breaks) with an approximate monthly gross salary of 2,500 €. We seek a responsible individual with proven experience operating tower cranes and committed to complying with safety regulations and ensuring smooth operations on site. Operation and handling of tower cranes across different construction phases. Direct coordination with the site manager and supervisor to guarantee safe and efficient material flow. Strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations and internal safety protocols. Execution of safe maneuvers, visual control, and verification of machinery condition. Contributing to maintaining an orderly, safe, and respectful work environment. * Experience: 60 months. Demonstrable prior experience as a tower crane operator on construction sites is required. This experience must include: Safe and efficient operation of tower cranes in various construction scenarios; regular coordination with site managers, supervisors, and ground crews for load movements; correct use of signaling, communication procedures, and lifting protocols; strict compliance with safety regulations, internal procedures, and preventive best practices; ability to adapt to varying construction rhythms and environments while maintaining precision and reliability in maneuvers. * Competencies / Knowledge: Technical competencies \- Proficiency in tower crane operation and understanding of its components and limitations. \- Ability to interpret blueprints, signals, and maneuver instructions. \- Appropriate use of communication and signaling systems with ground crews. \- Knowledge and strict application of construction safety regulations and occupational health and safety (OHS) procedures. \- Ability to assess risks and act preventively in changing construction conditions.
