Job Summary:
We are seeking a Labor Technician to manage the entire employment lifecycle, including payroll, Social Security, and agricultural regulatory support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full management of the employment lifecycle and regulatory advisory.
2. Coordination with external consultants and internal departments.
3. Document management and maintenance of employment files.
A company located in La Portella requires a Labor Technician on an indefinite contract.
Full management of the employment lifecycle: registrations, terminations, contracts, extensions, and closures. Preparation and calculation of payroll, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Communication and processing of incidents with Social Security, SEPE, and other official bodies. Control and management of absences, medical leaves, permits, and vacations. Support and advisory services to the company on labor and agricultural regulatory matters. Coordination with external consultants and other internal departments. Document management and up-to-date maintenance of employees’ employment files.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within agricultural sector companies.
* UNIVERSITY DEGREE
* Competencies / Knowledge: Degree in Labor Relations, Social Graduate, Law, Human Resources, or equivalent qualification. In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and collective agreements applicable to the sector. Proficiency in office software and labor management systems (Summar preferred). Ability to work autonomously and organize tasks during periods of high workload. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
