Description
The position focuses on the full execution of maintenance—both corrective and preventive—for complex machinery. This includes servicing advanced machining lines, robotic cells, and automated assembly systems. The candidate will be responsible for detecting and resolving malfunctions in electromechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial robotics systems, with the goal of ensuring uninterrupted production. A key part of the role involves continuously monitoring equipment, accurately diagnosing faults, and performing minor modifications to programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to restore line functionality, thereby minimizing downtime.
In addition to reactive maintenance tasks, active participation is expected in analyzing recurring failures. The aim is to identify root causes and propose long-term sustainable technical improvements. The objective is to collaborate in implementing these improvements to optimize cycle times, increase machine reliability, and reduce unplanned stoppages. This proactive approach directly supports overall plant efficiency and achievement of production and quality targets.

An FPII or CFGS qualification in Industrial Mechatronics, Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Automation and Robotics, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2–3 years of demonstrable experience as a maintenance technician in industrial plants. Prior experience in the automotive sector or in continuous, high-volume production environments will be highly valued. Solid, hands-on knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics is essential, as well as experience interpreting electrical schematics and basic handling and programming of PLCs.
