Committed and collaborative work environment We are looking for a person to dynamize trade union activity in the comarcas of Segarra, Urgell, and the Lleida plain, supporting trade union leaders and contributing to strengthening the organization and participation of farmers. The workplace can be chosen among Mollerussa, Tàrrega or Cervera. • Dynamize trade union activity in the assigned comarcas • Provide administrative and organizational support to trade union leaders • Promote and monitor territorial work plans • Act as technical secretary of the corresponding trade union bodies • Channel members' demands through the appropriate channels • Identify training needs and manage and organize training activities • Channel members' demands • Collaborate in the implementation and management of actions linked to agreements and projects • Collaborate in resource acquisition and expenditure optimization • Provide support on issues (urban planning, alternative energies, territorial policy) * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience in coordination and project management.
