Warehouse Supervisor

A leading fruit-sector business group with a solid track record and headquarters in the province of Lleida is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead its operational activities. Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse operations. Coordinate and manage fruit calibration machines. Ensure proper functioning of labeling and traceability systems. Supervise compliance with quality standards and product specifications. Lead, coordinate, and motivate the warehouse team. Manage stock, product rotation, loading and unloading operations, as well as material returns. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Organize human and material resources to guarantee smooth operational performance. Provide in-person customer service when required and maintain a close, professional relationship. * 2 years of experience. Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience performing similar duties, preferably in agri-food or fruit-sector companies. Prior leadership and team management experience will be valued. * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. Basic office software skills. A specific academic qualification is not mandatory; professional experience and competencies will be especially valued.
