Summary: We are seeking a social worker to provide support, accompaniment, and promote the recovery of individuals with mental disorders and their families, offering information, guidance, and counselling. Development and monitoring of social projects A private entity located in Balaguer needs to hire a social worker to provide support, accompaniment, and promote the recovery of individuals affected by mental disorders and of those caring for them. Essential requirements: \- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. \- Social care for individuals with severe mental disorders and their families. \- Provision of information, guidance, and counselling regarding existing resources and responding to identified needs. \- Direct service provision at the social club, including planning and implementation of workshops and outings. \- Development, design, and monitoring of the entity’s social projects. \- Internal/external coordination with professionals from the social and healthcare networks. \- Entity communication tasks: talks, social media, and website. * Minimum 6 months’ experience.
