Important group of maintenance service companies, multi-technical, installations, engineering and technical energy management based in Cerdanyola del Vallés with 370 employees and national representation is seeking a BMS Technician with Energy Manager knowledge. Looking for a BMS Technician who has the necessary knowledge to perform duties as an Energy Manager. Main responsibilities will include monitoring and integration of air conditioning installations: \- Configuration of schedules, calendars and operating setpoints. \- Daily supervision of air conditioning performance and building comfort. \- Periodic reports on the status of the monitoring system. \- Changes in control system configurations. \- Management of annual regulatory inspections of control systems, providing documentation including test records and checklists. \- Experience with various protocols such as Bacnet IP, Bacnet MS/TP, Modbus IP, etc. Additionally, Energy Manager duties will include: \- Programming and implementing routines to facilitate job functions. \- Knowledge of measurement and verification protocols for energy savings, interpretation and application of current regulations. \- Proficiency in using the Energy Information System (SIE).
