The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of short-duration construction projects, coordinating the execution of building works including public facilities (e.g., hospitals, sports facilities, institutional buildings, etc.) and residential developments—both single-family homes and multi-unit blocks. They will ensure achievement of schedule, cost, and quality objectives, leading coordination with design consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project. **Main Responsibilities** * Planning and control of construction execution. * Coordination of teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Financial control and cost monitoring. * Quality supervision and regulatory compliance. * Concurrent management of two small-scale projects (approx. 5–6 months each). Requirements * Degree in Technical Architecture, Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience as Site Manager or Production Manager (level commensurate with years of experience).
