Position Summary: We are seeking an analytical-minded Engineer to improve processes, design new facilities, and coordinate multidisciplinary projects within a constantly learning environment. We seek a candidate holding a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or a related field, possessing strong analytical skills and goal-oriented mindset. The selected candidate will join our team to enhance our existing processes and drive forward new ideas. The main responsibility will be conducting in-depth analysis of current processes and facilities to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and better resource utilization. You will also participate in the technical design of new projects—from initial conception through to full operation of production facilities—ensuring they meet our requirements and expected quality standards. Close collaboration with various teams—including Production, Maintenance, Quality, R\+D\+i, and IT—will be essential to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, you will perform detailed tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing outcomes following process changes and ensuring target goals are achieved. Proactivity, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle and interpret data will be highly valued. An analytical mindset is essential; prior experience in technical facility design and project coordination is preferred but not mandatory—strong motivation to learn and grow in these areas will also be highly regarded. Candidates must reside in the area or be willing and able to relocate to Guissona.
