Position Summary: We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the optimization of processes and operations by implementing methodologies and fostering a culture of improvement. Your key responsibilities include: * Design and develop strategies for the continuous improvement of processes and operations. * Implement improvement methodologies. * Lead improvement projects from conception through to implementation. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient project execution. * Analyze current processes to identify improvement opportunities. * Evaluate process performance using KPIs. * Foster an organizational culture oriented toward continuous improvement. * Prepare reports on the progress of improvement initiatives. * Report results and benefits achieved to company management. * Lead change management to ensure adoption of new practices and improved processes. * Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to align improvement objectives with the company’s vision and mission. * Manage sandach appropriately according to category. * Manage generated waste appropriately and selectively. * Comply with and confirm adherence to applicable environmental and occupational health and safety (PRL) requirements within the organization. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: University degree, Bachelor’s, Diploma, or Master’s. * Minimum two years’ relevant experience preferred. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite). * Resident in the province where the position is located. **OFFERED:** * An interesting role offering professional development opportunities. * Ongoing on-the-job training. * Full-time position. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00, with flexible scheduling.
