The position involves performing essential tasks within the industrial production process, ensuring the smooth flow of operations and maintaining established quality standards. This role is critical to the continuity and efficiency of the production line, requiring a proactive and responsible attitude. Key responsibilities include continuously feeding machinery with required materials to prevent interruptions in the manufacturing chain. Additionally, periodic quality control of in-process and finished products must be carried out, identifying and reporting any deviations or defects for immediate correction. Another key responsibility is supplying materials to various workstations, involving inventory management and coordination with other departments to anticipate production needs. The role operates in a dynamic environment and requires adaptability to varying work paces and the specific demands of each shift. The ability to follow standardized procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace is fundamental to success in this role, directly contributing to team safety and productivity. The offered contract is monthly and renewable, with potential progression to a permanent position within the company’s workforce. The base remuneration is €12.96 per hour, supplemented by allowances for night work, overtime, and work on public holidays. The working schedule is full-time and organized into rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night periods, requiring availability for such rotation. A minimum of 1–2 years’ prior experience as an industrial operator is required. Practical knowledge of common sector tools and proficiency in operating machinery interface screens are mandatory. Ownership of a personal vehicle is an essential requirement for commuting. Additional experience and certification for operating forklift trucks will be viewed favorably.
