Opportunity for growth in the administrative field We are looking for a proactive and personable individual to fill the Administrative Receptionist position in Parets del Vallès. If you have a strong command of English and an interest in the industrial sector, this is an opportunity to grow within the administrative field. Main responsibilities will include handling incoming calls in both English and Spanish, appropriately screening and routing communications. You will also be responsible for receiving visitors, managing meeting rooms, and maintaining order and control in the reception area. Additionally, you will provide administrative support, such as mail handling, document scanning and distribution, preparation of supplier invoices, and processing cash sales. You will also participate in monitoring stock levels of office supplies and cleaning products. The position offers an initial contract through a temporary employment agency (ETT), with potential for subsequent direct employment with the company. * Medium-level vocational training or equivalent. * Knowledge of administrative management. * User-level computer skills. * Fluent English (mandatory for handling calls and visitors). * Prior experience in similar roles is desirable. * Responsible, organized, professional in appearance, courteous, and customer-oriented.
