




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional with experience in human resources to perform comprehensive employee management, occupational risk prevention, and general administrative functions within the food industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive employee management and coordination with external providers. 2. Supervision of occupational risk prevention (ORP) and document control. 3. Essential administrative functions and communication handling. We seek an administrative professional with human resources experience to join a leading company in the food industry located in Montblanc. Main responsibilities include comprehensive employee management, covering hiring and termination processes, as well as handling absenteeism-related incidents such as absences, medical leaves, and disciplinary warnings. Additionally, coordination with external staffing providers and supervision of occupational risk prevention (ORP) areas will be required. This entails managing protocols, implementing improvements, and resolving incidents. Attention will also be given to safety documentation control and coordination of health surveillance activities. Other essential functions include drafting work schedules, managing email and telephone calls, and archiving personnel files and other relevant documents. The working schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Friday on a split shift. The established working hours are between 08:30 and 18:00, including statutory breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administration and/or human resources. * We seek a responsible and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Fluent spoken and written Spanish and Catalan.\- Intermediate level of English. GS in Administration or equivalent.
