




Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to efficiently manage logistics operations, including order preparation and stock control, in Valls. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage shipments, from picking/packing to packaging and labeling. 2. Monitor stock and inventories and coordinate with logistics teams. 3. Previous experience and a valid forklift license are valued. We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic individual for the logistics operations area in Valls. Your main responsibility will be the efficient management of shipments, from order preparation using picking and packing techniques to product packaging and labeling. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading goods, always exercising maximum care. Additionally, you will be responsible for correctly verifying delivery notes and all documentation related to shipments. You will carry out stock and inventory control to ensure the accuracy of our records. Good coordination with transportation teams and logistics providers will be essential to optimize deliveries. Maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness is critical to smooth operations. Previous experience in similar positions and proficiency with computer tools are valued. A valid forklift license and proven experience in its use are desirable. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with working hours from 8:45 to 17:00. Minimum 4 years’ experience in shipping and logistics roles. Order preparation (picking and packing). Loading and unloading of goods. Verification of delivery notes and shipment documentation. Stock and inventory control. Product labeling and packaging. Coordination with transportation and logistics providers. Maintenance of warehouse order and cleanliness. Proficiency with computer tools. Valid forklift license and relevant experience.
