By leading creative teams and supervising graphic design, you will ensure all visual materials align with the marketing vision and strategy, meeting customer expectations and market trends. **To achieve this goal, it will be important in your day-to-day to...** *Creatively lead visual projects:* * Develop and lead visual concepts for advertising campaigns, digital marketing, printed materials, and other visual resources. * Supervise and guide the creation of visual content, ensuring consistency with brand identity. *Manage your creative team:* * Coordinate and lead graphic designers, illustrators, and other creatives to ensure work is executed according to specifications and deadlines. * Advise and provide feedback to team members on visual work to improve quality and outcomes. *Develop and execute visual concepts:* * Create sketches, mockups, and prototypes of visual ideas for approval. * Ensure visual solutions align with the brand's creative vision and business objectives. *Supervise visual production:* * Oversee the production and final design of visual assets for various media (digital, print, television, etc.). * Ensure all designs are delivered on time, with high quality, and within the allocated budget. *Research visual trends:* * Stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design, digital design, typography, color, and web design to implement best practices and maintain creative freshness. * Experiment with new design techniques and tools to sustain visual innovation. *Review and approve designs:* * Review and approve all designs before publication or distribution. * Collaborate in the proofreading and adjustment process to ensure the final design meets established requirements and objectives. **How do you fit into this creative puzzle?** * More than 5 years of experience in a similar role. * Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Visual Communication, or Advertising. * Advanced knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) * Extensive experience in graphic design for digital platforms, websites, mobile applications, and printed materials (brochures, catalogs, advertisements, etc.) **What will joining the iLERNA team offer you?** * Permanent contract, full-time hours. * Flexible working hours with arrival/departure between 8:30h and 9:30h, and from 17:30h to 18:30h; intensive Fridays from 8:00h to 15:00h.
