We are seeking a **BIM Manager** to lead the implementation, management, and development of BIM processes within SÓLIDA's Engineering Department. This role is key to ensuring efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance across all our projects. Main responsibilities: * Define, plan, and lead the implementation of BIM processes. * Supervise and coordinate the BIM department and its alignment with international standards. * Ensure the quality and consistency of BIM models and documentation. * Manage projects throughout all phases (design, permitting, planning, quality control). * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal technical teams. * Provide advice on technical aspects, timelines, and project costs. * Train and develop the internal team in BIM tools and methodologies. * Participate in audits and certification processes, ensuring regulatory compliance. Requirements: * Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Building Engineering. * Certification in BIM training and advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Cype, Dialux, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Robot, SAP2000, Infraworks. * Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM projects (structures, MEP, architecture) and at least 2 years in team coordination. * Knowledge of international standards (IEC, IEEE) and applicable certifications. * Advanced English. Portuguese and Italian are valued. * Leadership, communication, flexibility, innovation, and autonomy skills.
