




Job Summary: Grupo Mimara is seeking gerocultors to support older adults in daily activities, stimulating their communication and social integration within a multidisciplinary team. Grupo Mimara is currently recruiting gerocultors to join our multidisciplinary team at our elderly care center located in Borges del Camp. Responsibilities: \-Support the interdisciplinary team in the reception and orientation of new users, collaborating in the development and monitoring of individualized care plans. \-Carry out scheduled interventions aimed at supporting users’ basic daily living activities. \-Collaborate in the planning, organization, and implementation of preventive, occupational, and leisure activities. \-Maintain users’ personal hygiene. Clean the first-aid kit and its contents, as well as medical and assistive equipment. \-Provide and administer food, facilitating intake where necessary. \-Perform postural changes and other auxiliary services according to technical training. \-Accompany, supervise, and support residents during transfers. \-Collaborate with healthcare staff in medication administration. \-Provide support in caring for residents with catheters and colostomies, as well as in syringe feeding, under nursing supervision. \-Stimulate users’ communication and promote their daily functioning and social integration. \-Participate in integrating family members into center life. Report any incidents related to users’ health. \-Observe and record in the incident log any physical or behavioral changes. Requirements: \-Technical qualification in Care for Dependent Persons or Technical qualification in Nursing Assistant Care, or the Professional Certificate in Socio-healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. \-Previous experience in a similar position is valued. \-Availability to work full-time. \-Vocation for caring for older adults, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills.
