If you have cooking experience, strong organizational skills, and flexibility to travel when required, this opportunity may be a good fit for you. **We offer:** * Full-time weekend schedule. * Schedule: intensive, 11 hours/day. * Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Catering Services. * Temporary contract. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **What does being on-call entail?** * The candidate must be available and reachable during weekends in case of emergencies at any of our centers. * Must be prepared to travel and cover services in case of unexpected absences of colleagues. * Centers may be located in Lleida city or up to 50 km away. * A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory. * Weekend shifts are typically long shifts from 7:00 to 21:00 (with legally mandated breaks). **Responsibilities:** * Prepare meals, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical sheets, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of equipment, materials, and tools. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. **We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human-centered.
