The position focuses on acquiring and managing B2B clients, with particular emphasis on installers, specialized retail outlets, and self-employed professionals. The role combines strategic vision, commercial execution, and collaboration with international teams. Responsibilities: \- Define and implement the commercial development strategy for European markets. \- Identify and acquire new B2B customers within defined channels. \- Build strong relationships with installers, distributors, and sector professionals. \- Analyze market and competitive conditions to identify growth opportunities. \- Participate in strategic meetings with international teams. \- Represent the brand at trade fairs, events, and commercial initiatives. ### **Requirements** \- Proven experience in international business development. \- In-depth knowledge of the B2B channel: installers, retail, and self-employed professionals. \- Fluent English (minimum C1 level) for communication with international teams. \- Autonomous, solution-oriented profile with strategic vision. \- Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, fast-growing environments. \- Willingness to travel across Europe.
