Our people are united by passion for aviation and a desire to ensure efficient training solutions for both pilots and airlines.** **A comprehensive list of EASA approved training programs and extensive experience on the market allow us to meet the training needs of the global aviation.** **At the moment we are looking to grow our team of experienced and qualified Flight Instructors for Initial Pilot training in Lleida, Spain.** ### **Our instructors:** * Provide hands\-on flight training to students, both in the air and on the ground. This involves teaching fundamental flying or theory skills; * Clearly and effectively communicate instructions, adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual student needs; * Emphasize and enforce safety standards throughout the training process. Instruct students on emergency procedures and ensure compliance with aviation regulations; * Regularly assess students’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify areas for improvement and work with students to address weaknesses; * Maintain accurate records of student progress, flight hours and instructional activities.
