To provide greater clarity on how you can make an exceptional contribution to Freshly, we’ve defined the following responsibilities: * Lead negotiations to secure strong, mutually beneficial commercial agreements with retailers, aligned with Freshly’s strategic objectives. * Identify and prioritize the most relevant and strategic distribution channels for Freshly in the Italian market according to the company’s global strategy, and develop specific action plans to strengthen the brand’s presence and visibility in these channels. * Lead the implementation of Freshly’s sales strategy across all points of sale, monitor and coordinate commercial activities to ensure effective and consistent execution across all channels. * Proactively identify and prospect new potential clients that are strategically relevant and aligned with Freshly’s target profile. * Continuously supervise and analyze Freshly’s presence and performance across all points of sale, ensuring compliance with established agreements and guidelines. * Develop and maintain strategic relationships with account managers and retailer teams to ensure effective and mutually beneficial collaboration. * Regularly analyze sales forecasts, inventory levels, and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges. * Execute marketing plans and product launches that support Freshly’s sales goals and overall strategy, then coordinate and derive insights from these actions. What will set you apart? * Experience as a Key Account Manager in the Italian market, within retail channels for cosmetic and/or textile products. * Knowledge of commercial agreement negotiation processes and product implementation across various sales points. * Native proficiency in Italian and advanced level in English and Spanish. (Knowledge of additional languages beyond those specified will be valued) * Teamwork ability, results orientation, strategic vision, initiative, and strong negotiation skills.
