To learn more about working at Lidl, visit our careers website: \<a href\=\&\#34;https://empleo.lidl.es/\&\#34; rel\=\&\#34;nofollow\&\#34;\>https://empleo.lidl.es/\</a\>\</p\>\</div\>\</div\>\<div\>\<div\>\<h2\>\<u\>\<b\>What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?\</b\>\</u\>\</h2\>\&\#13;\</div\>\<div\>\<p\>Within our logistics platforms, depending on the area you support — Goods Receiving, Order Picking, or Store Dispatch — you will perform various tasks including:\</p\>\<ul\>\<li\>Placing goods in assigned storage zones and retrieving them.\</li\>\<li\>Managing picking requests from order pickers.\</li\>\<li\>Preparing goods for dispatch to stores.\</li\>\<li\>Transporting prepared pallets to designated rows in the Dispatch area and safely strapping pallets for transport.\</li\>\<li\>Correctly labeling finished pallets.\</li\>\<li\>Supporting warehouse inventory processes.\</li\>\<li\>Entering and updating routes and schedules.\</li\>\<li\>Preparing freight invoices for carriers.\</li\>\<li\>Monitoring compliance with required quality standards.\</li\>\<li\>Overseeing proper waste collection and recycling management.\</li\>\<li\>Loading and unloading trucks, if required.\</li\>\</ul\>\</div\>\</div\>\<div\>\<div\>\<h2\>\<u\>\<b\>Are you the person we’re looking for?\</b\>\</u\>\</h2\>\&\#13;\</div\>\<div\>\<ul\>\<li\>Availability to work rotating shifts.\</li\>\<li\>Motivation, flexibility, and ability to work well in a team.\</li\>\<li\>Secondary education (ESO) or equivalent qualification is desirable, as is prior experience.\</li\>\</ul\>\</div\>\</div\>\<div\>\<div\>\<h2\>\<u\>\<b\>What do we offer you?\</b\>\</u\>\</h2\>\&\#13;\</div\>\<div\>\<ul\>\<li\>We provide job-specific theoretical and practical training.\</li\>\<li\>From the outset of the selection process, we guarantee it will be conducted objectively.
