We are looking to expand our team with a Change Management Asset. This is an on-site position in Getafe, requiring upper-intermediate English proficiency. Requirements **What are we looking for?** An analytical professional with at least 3–5 years of experience working in ITIL environments. Experience in: * Information technology sector: servers, databases, backups, communications, application deployments (primarily .NET), etc. * Configuration management. * BMC Remedy and its modules (primarily changes, tasks, and CMDB). Creating queries and generating customized reports. * BMC Discovery: managing the user interface and administering proxies. * Report creation and data analysis.
