As Store Manager, your mission will be to ensure the optimal operation and overall performance of the store, leading the sales team to guarantee an excellent customer experience, achievement of commercial objectives, and correct implementation of the company’s operational and visual standards. **What will your day-to-day look like?** These will be the responsibilities filling your agenda: * **Select, coordinate, support, and train** your store’s team. * Conduct follow-ups to ensure **achievement of set objectives**, including sales targets, pricing policies, profitability, direct expenses, stock reliability, etc. * **Ensure customer satisfaction**, in line with company guidelines. * **Guarantee compliance with product and merchandising policies.** * **Propose local communication campaigns.** * Provide **feedback on products and competitors.** * **Ensure secure cash flow management within the store.** **Who are we looking for?** **A person embodying the Grupo Pikolinos attitude.** Someone eager to make an impact, bringing positive energy and contagious smiles—the kind that brighten someone else’s day. **With at least two years’ experience in a similar role.** If you’re passionate about this industry, enjoy leading teams and managing KPIs, you’ll feel right at home here. **With advanced English proficiency.** It’s important that you can communicate effectively with our international customers. **What do we offer?** From day one, we’ll support you with an **initial training plan**, making your onboarding smoother.
