Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Environment business line, is hiring an Administrative Support professional for its green areas maintenance service in Vigo.**Job Description** **Mission** Ensure proper administrative-financial and personnel management support, guaranteeing quality, efficiency, and internal process control for the service. **Financial Area Responsibilities:** * Supplier management and support, including handling inquiries, incidents, and payment tracking. * Supplier support. * Management of delivery notes and invoices. * Preparation and tracking of procurement files. * Database management. * Document platform management. * Fixed asset and live fleet register control. * Machinery data registration and tracking (insurance, taxes, data updates). * Administrative support to service personnel and resolution of incidents. * Support for budget preparation and control. * Preparation of ad hoc reports. **HR Area Responsibilities (desirable):** * Use and management of corporate HR tools. * Processing of employee onboarding and offboarding in internal systems. * Management of temporary disability (IT) procedures. * Monitoring and collection of variables for monthly payroll processing. * Receipt, review, and processing of employment-related documentation. * Administrative support in personnel management. **Candidate Requirements** **Requirements** * Education in Administration and Finance, Human Resources, or related field (Advanced Vocational Training or equivalent). * Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in financial and/or HR environments. * Advanced office software skills—especially Excel—for creating pivot tables, dashboards, and basic formulas. * Microsoft Access and Power BI are desirable. * SAP FI is desirable. * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment—ensuring equal opportunity for all.
