Main responsibilities: Perform roadside assistance services: vehicle rescue, towing, and transportation of broken-down or accident-damaged vehicles. Respond promptly to alerts and coordinate interventions quickly, safely, and professionally. Carry out basic maintenance on the assigned crane vehicle. Interact with clients and insurance companies, providing friendly and efficient service. ✅ Requirements: Valid driving license C or C\+E (CAP certification in force is an advantage). Previous experience as a crane operator or in driving industrial vehicles (not essential, but valued). Basic mechanical knowledge. Availability to work rotating shifts (day/night/weekends).
