Job Summary: This role is responsible for providing telephone-based technical support and customer assistance, managing technical information, analyzing warranties, and participating in customer events. Technical Support and Assistance: Telephone-based technical support, on-site technical assistance to customers (workshops, distributors, and end users), and resolution of technical inquiries via email and web. Technical Information: Maintenance and updating of technical databases and Valeo product-specific information. Preparation of technical notes and service bulletins, and identification and reporting of catalog errors to Valeo Service Activity. Warranty Analysis and Assessment: Analysis and assessment of parts submitted under warranty (preparation of reports and recordkeeping). Management of assessed parts and participation in quality incident management.
