Developing projects that promote the employability of vulnerable individuals within the territorial area. ? Implementing labor intervention actions and promoting inclusive labor markets in the region. ? Carrying out initiatives that foster equal opportunities and equal treatment in employment. ? Providing comprehensive support to individuals to enhance their employability. ? Managing technical relationships with external stakeholders, fostering collaboration with key actors. ? Identifying operational needs and communicating them to improve project implementation effectiveness. ? Applying the area’s intervention methodology within your scope of action. ? Preparing territorial action plans, ensuring alignment with established indicators and commitments. ? Developing operational projects, ensuring their proper implementation. ? Implementing global campaigns within your area of responsibility. ? Collecting and recording project or service data within the territory. ? Executing and collaborating on budgetary control, ensuring records are accurate and complete. ? Delivering training and providing technical advice to support project or service implementation. ?
