We are looking for a chef specialized in Japanese cuisine to work in Granada. Main responsibilities include mastery of traditional Japanese cutting techniques such as sashimi, nigiri, and usuzukuri; in-depth knowledge of sushi rice (washing, cooking, seasoning with vinegar, and temperature control); as well as experience working at an omakase counter and handling Japanese knives. This position offers a permanent, full-time employment contract with split-shift hours. The monthly salary is €1733. The selected candidate will work directly on preparing Japanese dishes, applying traditional techniques in a professional environment in Granada.
