**Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a **Nurse** for our Day Center for the Elderly located in the city of Granada. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and attend to residents, their general human and health needs, especially when they require such services. * Prepare and administer medications according to medical prescriptions, particularly treatments. * Take blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. * Assist doctors by preparing materials and medications to be used. * Organize clinical records and record data related to their own duties that must be documented. * Attend to bedridden residents due to illness, performing prescribed postural changes, monitoring meal service to patients, and directly feeding those patients requiring assisted nutrition (nasogastric tube, gastric tube, etc.). * Monitor residents' personal hygiene as well as the medications and food they have in their rooms. * Address healthcare needs of the center's staff that fall within their responsibilities. * Collaborate with physiotherapists in activities, at a level compatible with their ATS/DUE qualification, whenever their specific duties allow it. * Place pharmacy, laboratory tests, and radiology orders in centers where no specialist is available. * Supervise and ensure the proper execution of physical therapy activities prescribed by physicians, observing any incidents that may arise during their implementation. * In general, perform any other unspecified tasks requested that are related to the above. **We offer:** * Temporary contract with possibility of extension. * Part-time schedule of 16 hours per week. * Working hours: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:30 to 13:30 h, and Thursdays from 8:30 to 14:30 h. * Salary according to collective agreement. * Start date: December 1st. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Nursing. *If the degree is from abroad, it must be officially recognized (application in progress for recognition is not valid).* * Active professional registration. * Previous experience in a similar position. * Valid driver's license and own vehicle. ***Macrosad, a cooperative committed to gender equality.***
