Cook – Full-time Position Job Description We are looking to add a **Cook** to our team to work on a **full-time basis (40 hours per week)**. We seek a responsible, organized individual with kitchen experience, capable of working collaboratively and thriving in a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring quality, presentation, and proper execution of all preparations. Key Responsibilities * Preparing and cooking dishes. * Organizing and preparing mise en place. * Preparing and monitoring various kitchen stations. * Quality control of ingredients and prepared dishes. * Proper food storage and preservation. * Inventory management and communication of restocking needs. * Maintaining kitchen order and cleanliness. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Coordination and teamwork with other staff members. * Ensuring dish quality and presentation. * Supporting various tasks necessary for smooth kitchen operations. Requirements * Prior experience as a cook. * Knowledge of culinary techniques and procedures. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsible, organized, and solution-oriented individual. * Ability to work under pressure during peak workload periods. * Commitment and positive attitude. * Availability and schedule flexibility. * **Immediate availability.** * Relevant culinary or hospitality training will be valued.
