We’re waiting for you! ### **Responsibilities** **What will be your mission?** Ensure proper maintenance, preservation, and operational functionality of the facilities, contributing to a safe, functional environment aligned with Caldea’s quality standards: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on the building * Resolve incidents related to electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems * Carry out minor repairs and technical adjustments * Ensure compliance with safety and prevention regulations * Coordinate with other teams to minimize impact on the customer experience ### **Requirements** **What are we looking for in you?** * Technical training in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, electromechanics, HVAC, or similar fields. * Prior experience in building, hotel, or technical facility maintenance. * Problem-solving ability and teamwork skills. * Commitment to quality and safety. **What do we offer you?** * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Rotating work schedules. * Base salary paid in 13 installments plus a variable compensation system. * Significant social benefits: free access to the sports club and spa, invitations to spas, and substantial discounts on products and services. * The opportunity to join a solid, sector-leading company in a professional, collaborative, and respectful work environment.
