Positive work atmosphere and possibility of indefinite continuation **Job Offer: Hotel Receptionist (30 hours per week)** **Job Description** We are looking for a professional, responsible, and customer-oriented individual to join the reception team of a boutique hotel featuring studios and apartments in the city center, with accounting knowledge. The selected candidate will play a key role in guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area. **Main Responsibilities** * Management and control of reservations via **Booking.com, Airbnb, and Avirato PMS**. * Customer service at reception, both in person, by telephone, and via email. * Performing check\-in and check\-out according to establishment standards. * Coordination with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. * Resolving incidents and addressing requests during the guest’s stay. * **Administrative tasks**. **Requirements** * Proven prior experience in **hotel and/or tourist apartment reception**. * Knowledge of and proficiency with online reservation platforms (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb) and **Avirato PMS**. * **Languages**: * Spanish. * English: high level mandatory. * Additional languages (French, Italian, German or others) will be valued. * Excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and **professional appearance**. * Organized, solution-oriented, and highly responsible individual. * Ability to work **rotating shifts**. **Conditions** * **Part-time schedule: 30 hours per week**, as per sector collective agreement. Possibility of increasing working hours. * Contract compliant with current regulations.
