Position Summary: We are seeking an IT PMO with experience in SAP environments to coordinate complex technology projects within an international and highly regulated setting. Key Highlights: 1. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the execution of SAP MDG project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and deliverables. * Facilitate communication and alignment among business units, technology teams, and external vendors. * Support project leadership in planning, risk tracking, dependency management, and progress control. * Prepare executive reports, project status updates, and key documentation for steering committees. * Ensure proper application of project management practices, change control, and project governance. * Support teams in resolving impediments and ensure efficient coordination among multiple stakeholders. ✅ Requirements Mandatory: * Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT PMO or technology project coordinator. * Experience managing large-scale projects or transformation tracks in SAP environments. * Experience in the pharmaceutical sector. * Advanced English, both spoken and written, for interaction with global teams. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across business, technology, and vendors. Desirable: * Experience in MDM (Master Data Management) projects. * Knowledge of SAP Material Master or prior experience with SAP MDG. * Experience managing high-impact programs or regulated projects. * Certifications in project management methodologies (PMI, Scrum Master, PRINCE2). * Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and change management skills.
