##### **Responsibilities**
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of industrial machinery and facilities.
* Lead and organize the maintenance team, assigning priorities, resources, and work orders.
* Ensure maximum equipment availability by minimizing downtime and optimizing plant performance.
* Coordinate scheduled maintenance shutdowns in collaboration with Production and other departments.
* Supervise proper execution of interventions, verifying the quality of completed work.
* Analyze failures, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement actions and predictive maintenance initiatives.
* Manage critical spare parts inventory and collaborate with Procurement and Warehouse to ensure availability.
* Prepare maintenance reports, KPI tracking, and technical documentation for the department.
* Participate in maintenance budget planning and facility improvement projects.
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards across all interventions.
##### **Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience supervising mechanical maintenance in industrial environments; experience in mining or heavy industry is highly valued.
* Experience leading and coordinating technical teams.
* Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, as well as failure analysis.
* Proficiency in maintenance ERP systems (SAP, JDE, or similar), Excel, and AutoCAD.
* Familiarity with industrial machinery: pumps, conveyor belts, mills, crushers, hydraulic systems, and rotating equipment.
* Desirable experience in vibration analysis, predictive models, KPIs, and continuous improvement (Lean, 5S).
* Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Willingness to work rotating shifts and travel to the worksite.
* Safety-oriented profile with commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.
