The end product is the payslip; as a specialist, you know better than anyone that considerable work goes into producing an accurate one. This includes processing changes, monitoring legislation and regulations, answering complex questions, and more—all executed with precision because you want every payroll statement to be correct. More specifically: * You process and verify payroll data, such as incoming changes; * You ensure compliance with current laws and regulations; * You answer questions from clients and their employees regarding collective labor agreements (CAO), pensions, and other payroll-related topics. **About us:** Don't know us yet? What makes working in this team unique is that you handle everything related to the client’s payroll administration. You essentially become their remote personal payroll administrator. This requires strong empathy and delivering top-level service. In return, your work becomes even more dynamic. With your team, you set daily priorities, discuss observations, and continuously improve service delivery.
