The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the BIM methodology across our construction projects, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout all phases. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain BIM models for different project phases (design, construction, operation). * Perform model reviews, clash detection, and generate collision reports. * Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and construction teams to ensure proper integration of information into BIM models. * Ensure application of company-defined BIM standards and protocols, as well as client requirements. * Generate technical documentation from BIM models (drawings, quantities, material lists). * Participate in training and supporting other team members in the use of BIM tools and methodologies. * Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in BIM. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architecture, or related field. * Minimum two years’ proven experience using BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, etc.). * In-depth knowledge of BIM methodology and standards (ISO 19650\). * Ability to work effectively in teams, communicate clearly, and solve problems. * Experience in infrastructure and/or building projects is highly desirable. * Proficiency in Spanish. * Willingness to work in Ferrol. **Seize the challenge.
