You’ll be responsible for driving sales and optimizing commercial performance through strategic planning and flawless execution across all areas. You’ll ensure stock is always available and well-managed to meet customer needs, while also overseeing visual merchandising to create an attractive environment. Additionally, you’ll collaborate on task and schedule planning so people are always in the right place at the right time. In the Store Manager’s absence, you’ll assume their role, effectively leading daily store operations. Regarding the team, you’ll serve as a role model. You’ll train, motivate, and develop Primark colleagues to help them reach their full potential, fostering a culture of learning, recognition, and continuous improvement. You’ll also ensure compliance with policies and procedures, safeguarding safety and promoting ethical and sustainable values within Primark Cares’ strategic framework. **How Would We Like You To Be?** We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills and experience managing teams—especially in dynamic, high-volume operational environments. Your commercial acumen will be key, as well as your ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and make strategic decisions to exceed sales targets. For this position, we will positively consider candidates who have completed university degrees in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Marketing and Market Research, Commerce and Marketing, or an MBA (or equivalent). A good level of English is important; knowledge of other languages—including sign language—is also valued.
