Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the end-to-end accounting for a real estate company operating under the Rent-to-Rent (R2R) model, ensuring financial control and tax compliance. Direct involvement in structuring the business's financial framework. We seek an **Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience** to manage the end-to-end accounting for a real estate company specializing in the **Rent\-to\-Rent (R2R) by room** business model. This role is critical to ensuring financial control, accurate cost allocation per partner and property, and tax compliance across a structure involving multiple accounting records. Main Responsibilities * Full accounting management of the company under Spanish accounting regulations. * Administration of **multiple accounting records per partner, property, and business unit**. * Bank reconciliations and income/expense tracking per property. * Preparation of monthly closings, financial reports, and profit-and-loss statements. * Invoice processing, supplier payments, and partner settlements. * Coordination with external tax advisors for taxes (VAT, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Tax, etc.). * Monitoring of profitability per room/apartment (P\&L per asset). * Implementation and continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes. * Financial analysis and decision-making support to management. Requirements * **Minimum 5 years of experience** as an Accountant or Accounting Manager. * Experience managing **multiple accounts or companies/partners simultaneously**. * Knowledge of the real estate sector (experience in R2R or rental operations is highly valued). * Proficiency in analytical accounting and cost-center-based financial control. * Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel. * High level of organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail. * Ability to work autonomously and in a structured manner. * Residency in Madrid or availability to work from the city.
