Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Sponsors are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. Booth staff (including volunteers) should not wear sexually suggestive clothing, uniforms, or costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, conference and/or community organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expelling them from the conference or community without refund. If you are experiencing harassment, notice harassment toward someone else, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the conference staff immediately. Conference staff can be easily identified as they will be wearing event t-shirts. Conference staff will be happy to help participants contact hotel/space security or local authorities, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe during the conference.
