We are seeking to hire a Purchasing Manager to lead and optimize the company’s procurement management. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing purchases totaling **7 million euros annually**, including raw materials and supplies. Selection will be conducted exclusively via the Indeed platform. Any contact with the company using other methods will result in automatic disqualification of the candidate. **Main Responsibilities** * Define and implement a purchasing strategy aligned with the company’s objectives. * Manage the full procurement process: supplier selection, negotiation of terms, contracting, and follow-up. * Control and optimize costs while ensuring quality and on-time delivery. * Document management: purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoicing. * Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings. * Manage and evaluate supplier performance. * Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments. * Supervise compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. **Requirements** * University degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3\-5 years’ experience in a similar role, managing significant procurement volumes. * Solid experience in supplier negotiation. * Strong analytical skills and results orientation. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft 365 environment, and management tools. * English, Portuguese, and/or French language skills are valued. * Basic accounting knowledge for invoice registration. * Occasional availability to attend national and international trade fairs. **Offered** * Permanent contract. * Immediate start. * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9\-14 and 15\-18\. * Continuous training and professional development. * Joining an established and growing company. * Stable project with professional career development. * Salary according to the Metal Industry Collective Agreement for the Province of Pontevedra, plus competitive remuneration commensurate with experience and capabilities. * Private health insurance.
