This is a temporary position focused on operating and supervising industrial machinery, ensuring that the manufacturing process complies with established standards. Conducting periodic quality checks, strictly adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining an organized and clean workstation are essential to ensure an efficient working environment. Daily responsibilities require a proactive attitude, the ability to follow clear instructions, and ease in collaborating within a team. Prior experience in factory settings or handling tools is highly valued. The company provides ongoing training to strengthen technical skills and support employees’ professional development in a dynamic work environment. At least 1 year of prior experience in production or industrial manufacturing environments. Demonstrated ability to skillfully handle manual tools. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. Capacity to follow safety instructions and procedures. Flexibility to adapt to various work shifts.
