**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Bachelor's Degree, Engineer, Architect, or Diploma/Graduate Degree holder \+ Official Master's Degree to support a Provincial Antenna project for MRR/PRTR calls in Granada. **Workplace** -------------------- * Granada **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Promote provincial access to PRTR (Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan) calls, enhancing local awareness of existing grants and subsidies, and facilitating their implementation, monitoring, and follow-up; providing continuous, individualized support to each interested entity throughout all stages of the process (application, execution, and reporting). * Present the support service to Public Administrations (PA). * Publicize calls by informing PAs about the existence of calls potentially relevant to them. * Support PAs in preparing the administrative documentation required for applying to such calls. * Serve as liaison between PAs and the central technical support team (see next section). * Assist PAs in preparing documentation for monitoring the execution of actions resulting from awarded grants or subsidies (e.g., milestone and objective reports), as specified in each call. * Assist PAs in preparing justificatory documentation and reporting on executed actions. * Conduct, if applicable, training sessions, working groups, or other initiatives to promote access to calls and ensure their proper implementation. * Carry out any other activity aligned with the main objective of the assignment, as proposed by the project management for implementation within the territory. * Work collaboratively under the supervision of a Provincial Coordinator. * The proactive nature of this role includes traveling across the entire province—and occasionally to other locations—to meet with various PAs, monitor activities, deliver training, etc., under the supervision of the Provincial Coordinator. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting information provided in the application, as well as to require additional details from the candidate’s CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering Degree, Architecture Degree, or Diploma/Graduate Degree \+ Official Master's Degree (MECES 3\) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience. ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driver’s license (valid and current in Spain). * Availability to travel throughout the province, as well as occasionally to other locations. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Merit Factors** * Professional experience in projects with/for municipal governments. (To be verified during technical evaluation). * Professional experience in projects with/for regional agricultural offices, local development agencies, local action groups, entrepreneurship and advisory entities, or similar organizations. (To be verified during technical evaluation). * Professional experience in projects with/for provincial councils, island councils, or other local administrations distinct from municipal governments. (To be verified during technical evaluation). * Professional experience in projects related to European funding calls. (To be verified during technical evaluation). * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data series). (To be verified during technical evaluation). * Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or ArcGIS. (To be verified during technical evaluation). **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 8 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the announcement for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time employment.
