The main responsibility is to prepare and cook typical dishes of traditional Cuban cuisine, ensuring the quality of each recipe at all times. In addition, it will be necessary to organize raw materials, supervise proper handling, storage, and preservation of food in accordance with current hygiene regulations, and maintain a clean and orderly workplace. The position also requires active participation in menu planning and providing new gastronomic suggestions. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered. Working hours are scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday, 18:00 to 01:00, and on Sundays from 18:00 to 23:00, with a monthly salary of 1570 euros. A minimum of two years’ experience in Cuban cuisine is required.
