We are seeking staff for the assistance team of a residential care center, performing supportive duties in daily operations. Tasks include serving meals and collecting dishes, making residents' beds, collecting laundry, cleaning and maintaining work tools, distributing and placing materials, moving trolleys between floors, and organizing and preparing lounges as needed. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with flexible shifts tailored to each individual, and working conditions oriented toward work-life balance. Continuous training and professional development opportunities are also provided in a collaborative and respectful environment. Minimum requirements include compulsory secondary education, at least six months of experience in similar tasks, and additional training in gerontology, dependency care, or equality is considered a plus.
