**What are we looking for?**
We seek to hire a Labor Technician to join our Labor Department. This role serves as the operational engine for public administration procedures and data management within the system. The candidate will report directly to the Account/Team Lead (Labor), ensuring all affiliation, hiring, and basic contribution processes are executed flawlessly and within legally mandated deadlines.
**Your main responsibilities will include:**
* Affiliation and Contribution Account Code (CCC): CCC generation, power-of-attorney management, and bank account configuration with Social Security.
* Registration and Data Mechanization: Processing Social Security registrations (including IDC resolution) and initial worker data mechanization in SAGE.
* Contracting: Official registration and submission of contracts via SEPE’s Contrat@ system.
* Contractual Modifications: Operational execution of working-hour adjustments, contractual clause modifications, annexes, and similar changes.
* Basic Termination Management: Processing voluntary resignations, standard contract terminations, and unsuccessful probation periods.
* Agency Coordination: Managing deregistrations with TGSS and issuing company certificates for SEPE.
* Delivery Management: Sending payrolls to clients, preparing and exporting XML files for bank transfers, and delivering documentation to employees.
* Payment Control: Managing and monitoring client payments (bank debits, electronic transfers, or Qonto-based management).
* Daily TGSS Procedures: Routine handling of TGSS changes, DELT@ filings, and common contingency-related deregistration/registration processes.
* Mutual Insurance Management: Liaising with employer-affiliated mutuals, submitting accident reports, and processing payroll for occupational contingencies per collective agreement.
* Special Regimes: Managing and filing cessation-of-activity declarations for self-employed workers and direct payment arrangements with mutuals.
* Accounting Integration: Transferring and importing payroll journal entries for quarterly closings and verifying related data.
* NAF Powers of Attorney: Managing registration and deregistration of National Affiliation Number (NAF) powers of attorney for worker-members.
**What qualifications do we value?**
* Education: Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) in Administration and Finance, Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, or equivalent.
* Technical Skills: Proficient use of public administration platforms (Sistema RED, Contrat@, Delt@) and experience entering data into SAGE or other labor-focused ERPs.
* Competencies: Strong attention to detail, meticulous adherence to legal deadlines, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in agile digital environments.
