From NEGRATIN, a company with more than 26 years of professional experience in the renewable energy and installations sector, we are seeking a PRL Manager to work on a major PV project. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and supervise the implementation of safety and health policies, procedures, and regulations (management system) on the project. * Define and approve specific safety plans tailored to the project's activities and specific risks. * Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical support to the PRL team. * Conduct internal safety and health audits: inspect and evaluate safety actions within the project. * Lead investigations into serious accidents and incidents: coordinate investigations, analyze root causes, and propose corrective measures. * Participate in meetings with project management and site supervisors, providing reports and recommendations. * Act as the main contact point and coordinate official visits and inspections. * Plan and conduct specific training sessions for workers and contractors. * Establish preventive measures for high-risk activities. * Supervise compliance with safety regulations by contractors and subcontractors. REQUIREMENTS * University degree * Master's/Postgraduate degree * Valid PRL certifications
