We are seeking personnel to work on the production line of an industrial plant. Main tasks include participating in product assembly and packaging, as well as loading and unloading materials. Maintaining basic warehouse order and organization for inventory control is also required. The job takes place in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where collaboration is essential to resolve daily issues and maintain efficiency. We seek a proactive individual who engages in continuous improvement processes. The position offers a stable contract and specific training to learn the tasks. Work is performed on rotating shifts, including the possibility of a fourth shift, to ensure uninterrupted production. This requires adaptability to schedule changes according to the plant’s needs. A minimum of one year’s experience in industrial production environments is required, preferably on assembly lines. Immediate availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, as well as the fourth shift, are mandatory. Possession of a forklift operator license is considered a plus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate commitment, proactivity, and teamwork ability.
