What we are looking for * Assistance with residents' daily living activities. * Support with personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility. * Emotional and social companionship. * Collaboration with the technical team and adherence to health guidelines. * Certification as Technical Assistant in Nursing Care (TCAE) or equivalent qualification. * Previous experience in residential or sociosanitary centers is valued. * Availability to work rotating shifts and alternate weekends. * Empathy, responsibility, and service vocation.
